The senior-to-be from Tyler Lee has bulked up from 180-to-212 lbs over the past season and has the frame to get even bigger over his senior year. As a junior, Redwine recorded 45 tackles (22 solos) with eight tackles for losses, seven sacks, three quarterback pressures, one caused fumble and one fumble recovery. Still possessing the speed to play wide receiver, Nic committed to Texas just as the recruiting process for him was just heating up. Will be one of the top DE's in-state in 2003.
