Biography:
Griffin is projected to be the starting center, replacing long-time stalwart Lyle Sendlein. The fifth-year lineman is a two-year letterman, and has been accepted into UT’s Red McCombs MBA Program for the fall of 2007. Griffin has played in 22 career games as a backup center, and is a three-time first-team Academic All-Big 12 selection. He has earned a perfect 4.0 grade point average six times in his UT career.
