| Cobb worked as a running back on the scout team during his redshirt year in 2006 but is expected to compete for the starting fullback job as a redshirt freshman in 2007. An all-state performer who rushed for 2,182 yards and 29 touchdowns – with an eye-popping 8.1 yards-per-carry average – over his last two high school football seasons. Also competed in basketball and track. |
