| HS: The three-time all-district pick and, became Bowie High School's all-time leading passer (third all-time in Arlington ISD history) with 4,321 career passing yards over his three seasons at quarterback. In 2005, Harris 1,883 yards and 11 TDs and rushed for an additional 413 yards and six scores and earned second team 7-5A all-district honors despite missing five games due to a hernia. In the preseason, he was named to Dave Campbell's Super Team third team. As a junior, Harris recorded 969 passing yards, rushed for 385 yards and totalled 13 TDs. His sophamore year, he earned 5A third-team all-state and district 7-5A Sophomore of the Year honors in 2003, throwing for 1,469 yards and 16 TDs and scoring six rushing TDs on 489 yards. Harris played free safety as a freshman. |
