Coach's Comments: “Deveon is explosive,” says Landstown head coach Chris Beatty. “He is a ball hawk; he is always around the ball. He is a game changer on defense.”
Scouting Report: When a player goes plays without abandon and is gifted with speed, they are a feared player. Simmons is one of these players on defense. He reacts on plays and closes any gaps quickly while running through the offensive player. He is a hard tackler, and gives his all on each play, including special teams coverage.
