Scout 100 Has a Texas Feel

		By Bobby Bragg Co-Publisher Date: Mar 23, 2009 Scout.com is releasing its updated post-signing day Top 100 national list today and the state of Texas is very well represented. Sixteen Texans made the cut and to the surprise of almost no one, the Texas Longhorns already have pledges from seven and are in the running for five other Texans. There are also several out of state players on this list that the Longhorns are targeting.
