		By Jared Gravette Inside Texas Recruiting Reporter Date: Sep 14, 2007 The Texas Longhorns have been very selective with who they dole their final offers out to in 2008. When Jeffrey Fuller committed to the Oklahoma Sooners earlier this week, Texas looked to fill the void, and they may be targeting a Canadian athlete from Saint Mary’s College. Recruiting has just now started to pick up for Michael Martens, and he recently received a letter from UT.
