Cy Creek Photo Gallery

Cy Creek High School which is on the outskirts of Houston is home to one of the top prospects in the state of Texas in the 2011 class. In addition to running back Jermichael Selders, sophomore Nose Guard George Woods is also drawing attention this spring. Burnt Orange Beat attended one of the first spring practices for Cy Creek and files this photo gallery of the two sophomores.

Cy Creek, like most Houston area schools, played a hurricane-shortened schedule in 2008, but the Cougars still made the most of their season finishing 8-2 en route to winning the 15-5A title and going two rounds deep in the playoffs.

Two top sophomores at Cy Creek that are already drawing attention of area colleges are running back Jermichael Selders (5-11.5, 170 pounds) and nose guard George Woods (6-0, 290 pounds).
