Inside Texas: Are you hearing from Texas?
Collier: Yeah.
Inside Texas: How often do you hear from them?
Collier: Not too much. They called me a little while back. I havent got a chance to call them back. Ive been really busy lately. Its not that Im not interested. Im definitely interested. Ive just been so busy lately. Im going to try and call them over the summer and everything.
Inside Texas: When did Texas call you?
Collier: The first of May.
Inside Texas: Why have you been unable to call Texas back?
Collier: Ive had track workouts, because our track team made it to state. Ive been doing track everyday. Ive got homework. Its unbelievable. Its been one of my hardest six weeks. Lately, Ive just been studying for exams every day.
Inside Texas: How interested are you in Texas?
Collier: Im interested as long as theyre interested in me and they really show interest in me. I want to go somewhere where the coaches want me.
Inside Texas: What schools do you have scholarship offers from?
Collier: SMU, Indiana, Houston and Kansas. Colorado and Colorado State, I think are going to offer and so is Baylor.
Inside Texas: What are your top schools?
Collier: Texas, OU, Texas A&M, Texas Tech.
Inside Texas: What is your height and weight?
Collier: Im 6-foot-1 1/2 and 205 pounds.
Inside Texas: What are your greatest strengths as a football player?
Collier: Speed and just a nose for the ball. Thats about it really.
Inside Texas: In what areas do you need improvement?
Collier: I need to improve on a lot. I can always improve. I cam improve on just about everything. The main thing I want to improve on is strength and agility.
Inside Texas: Who are you most comparable to as a football player?
Collier: An OU coach compared me to Teddy Lehman.
Inside Texas: What will be the biggest factor in your decision?
Collier: I want a school that really wants me. I also like to be close to my coaches, so I want that good relationship with them.
Inside Texas: How closely do you follow Texas?
Collier: Im a Texas fan. Its been my dream since I was little to go to Texas.
Inside Texas: What do you think your chances are of receiving a scholarship offer from Texas?
Collier: No idea.
Inside Texas: If Texas offered you a scholarship would you commit?
Collier: Yeah.
Inside Texas: What were your statistics last season?
Collier: It wasnt all that great, because it was my first year to ever play linebacker. I had 90 tackles, two sacks, two fumble recoveries and a punt block.
Inside Texas: Why didnt you play linebacker until last season?
Collier: I played defensive line my whole life. Finally, my coaches realized I had some speed and put me at linebacker.
Inside Texas: Will you be camping at Texas this summer?
Collier: Im not sure where Im going this summer, but Im going to try and make one there.
