The misery just continues for Texas in this game. On Saturday, Texas was shut out for the first time since a 16-0 loss to Baylor in 1980. Texas had plenty of chances, but three more UT turnovers, an anemic passing game and a tired Texas defense that spent too much time on the field in the second half spelled doom for the Longhorns once again.

Cedric Benson finds a little bit of room to run. Benson finished the day with 92 yards on 23 carries. He was also the leading UT receiver with 3 catches for 33 yards.

Vince Young fumbles on the OU 15-yard line in the first half. Texas was unable to make plays inside OU territory all day.



Derrick Johnson takes an interception the other way as a convoy of Longhorn defenders follows him. The Texas defense forced three turnovers, but the Longhorn offense was unable to make OU pay for their mistakes.



Vince Young just gets a pass off before being hit by OU's Brodney Pool. Young was able to complete this pass, but on the day he was just 8-23 for 86 yards.



Tarrell Brown and Cedric Griffin try to bring down Adrian Peterson of OU. Peterson finished the day with 225 yards on 32 carries.



Kasey Studdard looks on as the clock winds down and Texas loses yet another to the hated Sooners.
