Video: Ridley talks buzzer beater

Longhorns center Cameron Ridley

Longhorns sophomore center Cameron Ridley had never hit a game-winning shot when he walked into the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wis., on Thursday night. But he sure picked a great time to get his first.

Ridley, who finished with 17 points and 12 rebounds, will long be remembered for his left-handed put-back off a Jonathan Holmes missed three-pointer at the buzzer to give No. 7 Texas its first NCAA Tournament victory in three years with an 87-85 win over No. 10 Arizona State.

Scout.com's Kyle Bogenschutz was on the scene and caught up with Ridley after the game for his thoughts on his last shot and the Longhorns advancing to face No. 2 Michigan on Saturday. Bogenschutz also caught up with Holmes for his reaction to Ridley's shot and where Texas goes from here.
