Former Oklahoma State quarterback Bobby Reid has been hired by head coach Mike Gundy as an administrator (non-coaching position) to work under director of football operations Mack Butler, sources have confirmed to GoPokes.com.

Reid played at Oklahoma State from 2004 through 2007. He would finish his college eligibility at Texas Southern University.

At Oklahoma State, Reid finished with 226 completions in 424 attempts for 53 percent and 3,143 yards with 27 touchdowns and 16 interceptions. Reid also rushed for 654 yards and five touchdowns at OSU.

After finishing his college career at Texas Southern where he suffered a season-ending knee injury, Reid went on to play some Arena Football including a stint with the Tulsa Talons.

Reid came to Oklahoma State as an Elite 11 quarterback and a four-star recruit out of Galena Park North Shore near Houston. Since finishing his football playing days he has been doing some coaching in the high school ranks.
