In his words: "Focus is just to work. Get bigger, get stronger, faster, work on throwing, footwork -- spending a lot of time on campus, spending a lot of time with the guys that are already up there. I’m 40 minutes down the road so I’m going to be up there a lot." -- Jan. 8

No. 39 -- Dymonte Thomas, S
Ranking: (No. 4 overall S)
The latest: Like Morris, Thomas is locked into the Wolverines and intends to enroll early.
In his words: "I can’t wait. Once I get back, I’ll go home and pack everything else. Next day I wake up early and go to Michigan and start early in the books. I want to get in there and start working out as soon as I can. But they say I have to wait a couple weeks after the bowl game. I’m going to try to do some workouts on my own just to get ready for football. I heard the workouts are hard. I can’t wait to get in there." -- Jan. 2

Ranking: (No. 2 overall OT)
The latest: A Texas commit since early 2012, Perkins has shown no signs of second-guessing his decision.
In his words: "(Texas offensive line coach Stacy Searels) wants me to play left tackle. I'm confident if I just practice at it, I'll get better at it. I haven't played that much left tackle before, but I can make that adjustment." -- Jan. 3
